Puppeteering for Pinc Louds

PINC LOUDS

Pinc Louds is a band fronted by a little lady named Claudi. She plays hardcore acoustic doowop with her friends Ofer Bear (bass) RaiMundo (drums) Marco (Keyboard) and MTA Pedro.

In addition to the musicians, Claudi often enlists the help of her cartoon friends that live in the Delancey St. Station, which is where Jamie Emerson comes in.

Jamie is part of a collective of visual artists, performers, and puppeteers that collaborate with Pinc Louds to create immersive cabaret, where the audience is a part of the story. You may get your foot stepped on by a human-sized rat running between audience members, find yourself singing a duet with a subway garbage can, or even ride out the door inside a 15 foot long fabric F Train. Using giant puppets, props, costumes and sets, the Art Dept. helps bring the vibrant world of the NYC underground to life, reminding us that there's magical garbage everywhere.
